Ah ha! Finally I got something to write in my personal blog after abandoned it for 2 weeks. I was having exam 1 week ago and I was enjoying myself (actually slacking) since the end of last paper on last Monday, November 21, 2005. That’s why no update at all here.

Anyway, here comes the new meme thingie I infected from Tien Soon, the Java maniac. :p I used to love Java like crazy too and even worked as the core programmer in m-niche.com, a software house developing J2ME applications. Now I’m not that technical anymore as I’m moving towards business field.

Okay, let’s get into the main topic now. Here goes 5 of the weird facts of myself.

• 1. I like pink.
  Nope, I am NOT gay! I just like the colour itself. As I told some of the bloggers in the first blogger gathering I attended last September, I would add additional 2 marks to the overall mark if I see a girl wearing in pink. Haha. In fact, I have only 1 pink colour shirt which was a gift from my sister in law.
• 2. I enjoy window shopping.
  I can walk non stop while doing window shopping. For a poor guy like me, window shopping is good because usually I will take note of those nice clothes and wait for the Mega Sale to come. For your information, year end Mega Sale has just begun! Woohoo~
• 3. I can deal with loneliness most of the time.
  I can go window shopping, karaoke, watching movie in the cinema, jogging and even playing football alone. Well, I used to be a frequent Redbox (one of the most famous local karaoke) solo customer back in my Degree. I can go there alone 3 times a week for the lunch package. That time Redbox was still new to Penang people so there was just very few customers in the afternoon and I used to get large room too, unlike now.

  Watching movie (2 in a row, sometimes) alone in the afternoon is also one of my daytime activities. I enjoy doing so mainly because there are less people in the cinema, thus, less noise. Trust me, you’ll really enjoy the movie from the start until the end.

  You may think how does it possible to play football alone? Yes, I can. I just bought a Nike football last week solely because I want to play alone. I can train my juggling and dribbling skill with no one else involved. Now I can juggle the ball for 50 times without letting the ball touches the ground. Hehe…

• 4. I seldom buy/download pirated stuffs.
  You might say I do not fully utilize the unlimited bandwidth Streamyx provided me because the amount of pirated stuffs (including songs, movies and dramas) I downloaded is really pathetically small. I seldom use P2P software too.

  Having a best friend working as an audio engineer (the studio he is working in is the one producing Daniel’s first album ) in local music industry, I sort of understand how bad piracy can affect the industry. But to thoroughly get rid of piracy in Malaysia seems a bit impossible. So I promise myself in case I buy one pirated CD/VCD/DVD, I’ll have to buy an original CD/VCD/DVD to make it 1:1 ratio.

• 5. I only tasted laksa twice in my entire life living in Penang.
  I know I don’t deserve to live in Penang but I really don’t like the taste. :p

Opss… After reading all this facts, I feel like I’m really weird now.

As usual, as required I need to pass this thing to 5 people. I have only 4 and they are Liz, KY, Reallybites and Frostier.
