Shipping Address:
All orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer during the checkout process. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Time:
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 3~7 Business Days
Delivery time: 10~20 Business Days
Shipping Time=Processing time+Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. For example, if you order a t-shirt, it will need 3~5 Business Days of customized time and then 10~15 Business Days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 13-20 Business Days.
Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. Soulisfree is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. Soulisfree can never guarantee a delivery date.
Please note that transit times do not include weekends and holidays.

Tracking Information:

Please note that it can take up to 2 business days after your order has been collected by shipping carriers for tracking information to become available.

About Tax:
