Payment methods

Pay with credit/Debit card

The available credit card options are listed above. If your credit card company is not listed, you can change payment methods, or contact our Customer Service at support@soulisfree.com for help.

Please note that SOUL IS FREE does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

When you place an order with PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

Pay with klarna

4 interest-free installments

You can choose to pay for your order using Klarna, and you will be able to split your purchase amount into 4 equal payments so you can spread the cost of your purchase over time. Enter the credit or debit card of your choice for automatic payments every two weeks beginning at the time your order is confirmed (usually the shipping date). No interest or added fees when you pay on time!

*Note: Countries that support payment made by Klarna are Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom and United States. If you're not in one of the countries above, you're not able to pay with Klarna.

International sales tax and Import tax

In rare cases, orders may be charged customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges.

We hate these charges as much as you do and they’re controlled by your government - if we ever find a way around you having to pay them, we’ll let you know...but until then, your government won’t let us collect or pay them on your behalf.

Please don’t refuse an order if you run into these fees - we won’t be able to refund the cost of shipping it back to us or the original cost, and we hate doing that!
